Here are a couple recipes for make great butter spreads.
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
Beat the butter and the honey together. Refrigerate. Use
as a sweet alternative to regular butter.
4 cubes of butter
1/2 pound powdered sugar
3 Tbsps of cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients, and the store in the refrigerator. This is a great
flavored butter that tastes great on toast, etc.
