Easy Ham Quiche
1 can cream of cheese soup
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup leftover cooked green vegetables
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs until light. Gradually beat
in soup and cream. Add ham, and vegetables. Set aside.
Sprinkle cheese, meat and vegetables over
the bottom of the pie crust. Top with soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until
center is firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsps melted butter
2 Tbsps flour
3 Tbsps chili powder
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups tomato soup
1 1/2 cups light cream
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
12 tortillas, cut in strips
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Sauté the ground beef and onion in
the butter until cooked. Add the flour and the chili powder. Mix
well, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup water, and
simmer until thick. Add tomato soup, cream, and spices. Mix well.
