Accept - Don't let yourself get upset when something goes
wrong. Accept that each day some things will go wrong. Don't let it
bother you.
Beauty- Open your eyes and see the beauty around you.
Smell those roses, and look up at the clouds.
Count Your Blessings - Imagine what life would be like
without them. Count even small things like your pillow or toothbrush.
Forgiveness- Let go of past hurts and grievances.
Most of all, let go of blaming yourself for past mistakes and just move on.
Friends - Call a friend. People with friends have
been proven to live longer.
Gratitude - Start a Gratitude Journal. Write down each
day at least 5 things that you appreciated about your day.
Hugs- Hug someone.
Positive Thinking - Think positive thoughts. Don't
dwell on the negative.
Service - Do something to make someone else feel good.
It comes back at you.
Time - Always take some time for yourself each day.
Read a book, go for a walk, or just take a nap. Learn to enjoy life.
