De-Personalize - Remove excessive family pictures, and all taste specific items from display so the buyer's can imagine their things in your home.

Fix It Up -  Do not show your home if you have unfinished projects.  First impressions are important, and most home showings occur when a house if first listed.  Be ready.

Leave - Always leave your home when someone is looking at it.
