Tips
Accept -
Accept the fact that every day something is going to go "wrong". Don't
let it bother you.
Clutter - Clutter causes stress. Get rid of the
clutter in your home and get organized.
Control -
Don't be a "control freak". Things will never be perfect.
Enjoy the ride, including the bumps in the road.
Friends -
Have at least one friend that you can talk to and share problems. Talking to
friends helps you deal with a lot of stressful situations.
Happiness -
Don't rely on anyone else for your happiness. People let you down.
You can be as happy as you make your mind up to be. (paraphrased by Abe

Laugh - Laughing reduces stress. Find humor in
every situation you can, and select your entertainment carefully.
Leisure -
Make time for yourself everyday and do something that you enjoy and that
relaxes you.
Mistakes -
Don't dwell on your mistakes. Accept them, learn from them and move
on. Acknowledge that you are human and hard as you try, you will make
more of them.
Multi-tasking -
Don't overdo on the multi-taking. If you feel the need to multi-task,
you are probably trying to do too much.
Perspective -
Put your problems in perspective.
Positive thinking- Keep your thoughts positive.
Don't fall into the trap of thinking the worst so you won't be surprised if
it happens.
Relaxation Tapes -
Buy a few relaxation CD's, and take a few minutes each day to learn how to
recognize body tension and let it go.
Say "No" - It's not just your money everyone wants.
A lot of people want your time. Do not stress yourself out trying to
do too much, or feeling guilty when you can't do it all.
Slow Down -
Hurrying causes stress. Walk slower, and do not rush or fun
Stay Focused - Live your life they way you feel you
should, and learn not to care what anybody else thinks.
Trash- Take out the trash. If there are people
or things in your life that are bothering you, dump them, or distance
yourself from them. Let go of emotional baggage.
Worry - Don't worry about things. It's a
waste of time. If something is concerning you, just do something about
it. If nothing else worrying is a waste of time because you have no
idea what you really should be worrying about.
