Grocery Shopping

Thrift is easily exercised when shopping.  Frugal people use coupons whenever possible.  They buy generic brands if they are of good quality.  Price books are often carried to confirm when an items is truly on sale.

Thrift will not be on your mind if you go shopping hungry.  Shop slowly, check the bottom shelves for the lower priced items, as well as the corners of the store for marked down clearance items.  Carry a list, and stick to it.  When possible, shop alone.
