How
to Remove Three Ugly Types of Leg Cellulite
by Joey Atlas
Cellulite on the legs is a top complaint from women of all ages. And
most of these women have tried every almost every half-baked method to get rid
of it. From cellulite scrub brushes to 3 months of 'spa-treatments' - the
confusing list of silly methods is endless. Truth be told - there is only one
legitimate way to get rid of your nasty cellulite legs. And it really works.
But first let's review the three main types of cellulite scenarios:
ONE: This case is a localized zone of cellulite bumps. For example - a woman
may only have it on the backs of her thighs, just below her buns and above the
backs of her knees.
TWO: In this case the cellulite covers all areas of the legs and it's evenly
distributed on both sides of the body.
THREE: As weird as it may sound - this is where the legs have cellulite in
different zones, on different sides of the body. For example; there may be
cellulite on the outside of the left leg, in the hip and 'saddle bag' area, and
on the right leg, there may be cellulite bumps on the front of the thigh,
starting just above the knee cap.
It's no secret that the appearance of cellulite on the lower body is just as
common in women who are thin or slender - as it is in women who are overweight
and carrying extra body fat. The reason for this is there really is no such
thing as cellulite. It's not an actual substance or different kind of fat. Nor
is it a skin condition that can be treated or "cured" with a tablet or lotion
applications.
Modern society has simply become used to to using the phrase 'cellulite' to
identify this bumpy, puckered appearance of the skin. And because of this - most
people now assume that there is some kind of fatty tissue or toxic buildup under
the surface layers of the skin. Unscrupulous marketing and underhanded
advertising has certainly played a part in this big media fallacy targeting
desperate women
However, we move forward here toward progress based on factual science and
true physiology.
The primary factor which leads to the appearance of bumps, dimples and the
orange-peel effect on the lower body skin is atrophied muscles beneath the
superficial skin layers. And the only way to firm and tighten those muscles is
by following a simple, yet targeted, body-weight exercise routine - which
focuses on leg cellulite reduction.
With the proper anti-cellulite exercises, those mushy and un-toned muscles
become firm and smooth - and they subtly "push out" on the skin layers which lay
on top of them - giving the skin a smooth and tight look - hence reducing or
getting rid of your legs cellulite.
