Nasal Spray

nasal spray

Nasal spray, also known as saline solution, is very easy and frugal to make.  If you care about thrift, this is an easy way to save money with little effort.

Buy one saline solution from the drug store.  Use it up, and then pull off the cap. Fill the bottle with warm water and a half teaspoons of baking soda and a half teaspoon of salt. Put the cap back on and you are done.

Here are some additional frugal tips to save money on nasal spray.

- Buy it on sale or at Walmart prices.

- Check for coupons in newspaper ads and online.

- Run a humidifier at night to help dry nasal passages.
