Save money on paint by checking the discounted, thrift
friendly "oops" paint cans at the big box hardware stores. If you
find a color you like, the price will be heavily discounted.
Make the paint you purchase last as long as possible by
keeping the air from drying it out. When you are done with it, transfer it
to a smaller container. Also be sure to mark it as to type of paint, and
where you used it in your house. You think you will remember, but after a
few years, most people forget.
