Twice Baked Potatoes
4 large Russet baked potatoes
4 Tbsps butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
Bake the potatoes until just tender, approx 45-60 minutes at
350 degrees. Cut in half, and scoop out the inside.
Beat the potatoes, butter and milk together in a small bowl.
Put back into the potato shells and top with cheese.
Bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Super Easy Scalloped Potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups potatoes, sliced.
Combine all the ingredients except potatoes. Mix well. Add
potatoes and put in a casserole dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
