3/4 lb hamburger
1 onion, sliced
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1 unbaked pie shell
Brown the hamburger and onion. Put in the unbaked pie shell. Mix
the rest of the ingredients and pour over the hamburger.
Bake at 375 degrees
for 40 minutes.
Easy Ham Quiche
1 can cream of cheese soup
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup leftover cooked green vegetables
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs until light. Gradually beat
in soup and cream. Add ham, and vegetables. Set aside.
Sprinkle cheese, meat and vegetables over
the bottom of the pie crust. Top with soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until
center is firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
