Funeral Potatoes

This dish is often called potluck potatoes or funeral potatoes because it is good for a crowd, well-received, easy to make, and is a good comfort food. It is a good one to keep the ingredients on hand in case you need to quickly make a meal for someone who needs help.
Ingredients
1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes 2 cups sour cream 2 cans of cream of chicken or celery soup 1/2 cup green onion tops, chopped 3 1/3 cups grated cheddar cheese crushed potato chipsMix all the ingredients and put them in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with crushed potato chips.
Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour.
