Macaroni Salad



4 cups elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 cups chopped and cooked ham
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 carrots, diced
3 green onions, sliced, tops and bottoms
3/4 cup corn
1 cup longhorn cheese, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Cook the macaroni in salted water until tender.  Drain, put in a large bowl and dribble the vinegar over it.  Let set for 10 minutes.

Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the mayonnaise.  When ingredients are mixed, add enough mayonnaise to coat the pasta and give flavor to the salad.  Chill and serve.
