Vegetables and Beef Casserole
1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
3/4 cups water
2 cups beef, cubed
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 carton of refrigerated biscuits
gravy and water in a pan over medium heat until blended. Bring to a
boil, and stir until thick.
Stir in beef,
vegetables and potatoes. Cook until hot.
Transfer to a
greased baking dish. Top with biscuits.
Bake at 400
degrees until biscuits are done.
