Save money on shoes by purchasing quality shoes and then having them repaired when needed.  This is more thrift friendly then continually purchasing cheap shoes that fall apart and not comfortable.  It is not difficult or expensive to replace worn soles on shoes.

Here are some more frugal tips to save money on shoes.

- Never buy shoes unless they are comfortable.  You will not wear them.

- Buy quality shoes, and they will last longer.  You will need less of them if you buy them in
neutral colors that go with everything.

- Don't buy trendy shoes.  The cost per wearing is not worth the money.

- Never buy shoes online unless the store has a good return policy, like Zappos.
