Wallpaper

wallpaper

Save money on wallpaper by reusing, recycling, and repurposing remnants of wallpaper rolls you either have on hand or find at thrift stores.

Use leftover bits of wallpaper for decoupage, to decorate the inside of cabinets, inside picture frames as wall art, in scrapbooking pages, as shelf paper,  or to wrap presents.

Tips

If you are decorating with wallpaper, try and pick subtle classic styles.  Wallpaper is very taste specific and goes out of style quickly.

If you put sizing on your walls before hanging your wallpaper, it will remove easier.

Do not put wallpaper on a wall that receives a lot of direct sunlight or it will quickly fade.

When choosing your wallpaper be sure and see how it looks from a distance.  You will lose the details and you may not like the overall look.
